By downloading, installing, or using Moodva ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Moodva is a personal wellness application that helps users track their mood, habits, and journal entries. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized insights based on your data.

Free Tier

• Track up to 5 habits
• Daily mood check-in and micro-journaling
• First AI insight after 7 days of logging
• 28-day mood heatmap
• Advertisement supported

Pro Subscription

• Unlimited habits and all Free features
• Weekly AI pattern insights
• Daily AI coaching messages
• Monthly PDF growth reports
• Ad-free experience

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro Subscription Plans

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Annual: $29.99 per year (save 50%)

Free Trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Moodva uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized insights based on your mood, habit, and journal data. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI insights are for informational and entertainment purposes only
• AI insights do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice
• You should consult qualified professionals for mental health concerns
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI insights may not always be accurate or applicable to your situation

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moodva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your personal data (mood entries, habits, journals) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over content you create within the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
